TP12 T Type, T-bar heavy duty oven needle probe, HACCP compliant, stainless steel handle, cable, needle. For penetration of frozen, semi-solid and cooked food, continuous in-oven monitoring of large meat joints, turkey, chicken, fish.

Strength: T-bar shape handle, 6 mm diameter shaft and needle point for easy penetration.

Features: oven proof handle, cable, needle; bare wire ends for hardwire fitting.

Requires: digital thermocouple thermometer.
