The MM7000-2D records spot temperature against Barcode information giving paperless recording of spot temperature checks. Barcodes offer the ultimate in HACCP due diligence, instantly recording not only temperature, time and date but also the identity of whatever is tested: from fridges, ovens and goods-in to individual burgers or reheated meals.

The MM7000-2D Combined Recording System pairs Bluetooth barcode scanners with fixed wireless monitors to deliver fully integrated paperless spot checks AND 24 hour monitoring. A network of temperature sensors are monitored across a whole site or number of sites, with scanned temperature results uploaded via Bluetooth. Data is viewed using a phone, PC, laptop or tablet, with options for text/email alerts and audio visual alarms.
