Food simulant probes are designed to have similar thermal characteristics as a pack of cold meat. This allows them to accurately reflect the temperature of surrounding product, when placed in a cold storage environment. These sensors have a long response time, and can be left in-situ, allowing you to simply plug your thermometer in for spot checks. Useful across a range of applications, including food manufacture and retail.
