Thermocouple plug mounted air probes are ideal for measuring the temperature of still or moving air and gases. From moving air probes to flat food/pallet probes, hot and cold food simulator sensors, and still air probes, TME air probes are compatible with all standard thermocouple thermometers. Choose between thermocouple types T and K - T type thermocouples are best for use with food as they have good accuracy, whilst K type is better for more general usage with their wide temperature range.
