Thermocouple plug mounted general purpose and immersion probes can be used for a wide range of different uses and come in a variety of sizes and shapes. All TME general purpose and immerson sensors are compatible with all standard thermocouple thermometers. Choose between thermocouple types T and K - T type thermocouples are best for use with food as they have good accuracy, whilst K type is better for more general usage with their wide temperature range.
