TME's range of PT100 needle probes are ideal for measuring the core temperature of solid or semi-solid product, and are compatible with all standard PT100 thermometers. Platinum resistance sensors, made with PRT technology, provide high stability and accuracy, but are not suitable for extreme temperatures and don't have a quick response time.
