FK2-P – Type T Thermocouple Food Temperature Testing Kit with Standard Probes. A compact temperature monitoring kit compiled for use in the food industry. Comprising of the MM2000 handheld digital thermometer, 4 standard probes,  and a temperature log book. This kit is neatly stored away and carried in a Pouch.

Probes

All probes are T Type Thermocouple ½ Class I (±0.25° ± 0.15%) and are manufactured with 2m of curly polyurethane cable with moulded connector

TA03 – Moving Air Probe

Ideal for the measurement of air and gases; especially air ducts such as those used in refrigeration, heating or air conditioning.

• Measurement Range: -100 to + 400°C

• Measures 110mm by 30mm(widest point)

TP05 – General Needle Probe

 Ideal for a range of food uses – especially in the penetration of semi-solids.

• Measurement Range: -100 to + 280°C

• Measures 115mm by 3.3mm

TS07– High Temperature Surface Probe

For measuring surfaces such as hot plates and cooling racks

• Measurement Range: -50 to + 400°C

• Measures 110mm by 6mm

TA12 – Flat Food/ Pallet Probe 

Designed for measuring temperature between boxes or pallets in a goods-in area, also used for handheld spot checks of air or liquids.

• Measurement Range: -50 to + 300°C

• Measures 90mm by 5mm by 2mm

Pouch-2

Pouch-2 zip closing polyester pouch with internal compartments and strap. This product is ideal for carrying, storing and keeping dust free all your temperature testing equipment.

• Pouch Measurements: 35cm x 14cm x 5cm (approximate external)

• Bottom section has three elasticated straps with velcro fasting – will securely keep a handheld thermometer and numerous probes in place

• The Lid has two mesh compatments – ideal for instruction manuals, Thermocouple Attachment Pads, Fine Wire probes and spare batteries
