FK1-V – Type T Thermocouple Food Temperature Testing Kit with Thermometer, Plug Mounted Probes and a choice of case. A compact temperature monitoring kit compiled for use in the food industry. Comprising of the MM2000 handheld digital thermometer and 4 plug mounted probes, plus a handy probe extension handle and a temperature log book.

All probes and the handle are T Type Thermocouple ½ Class I (±0.25° ± 0.15%)

TH01 – Handle for Plug Mounted Probes

This handle can be used in conjunction with any of the plug mounted probes in this kit. It allows the user to extend the reach of a plug mounted probe to that of a standard probe.

• Measures 15mm by 135mm

• Cable Length is 2m of curly polyurethane with moulded connector

THA01 – Moving Air Probe

Ideal for the measurement of air and gases, this probes funnelled shield allows maximum airflow across measuring junction.

• Measurement Range: -100 to + 400°C

• Measures 30mm by 110mm with 4mm shaft

THP05 – Needle Probe

For penetration of semi-solid products.

• Measurement Range: -100 to + 250°C

• Measures 3.3mm by 110mm

THS02 – Sprung Shield Surface Probe 

Ideal for surface temperatures with wide a wide temperature range.

• Measurement Range: -100 to + 750°C

• Measures 10mm by 110mm with 4mm shaft

THA12 – Flat Food Probe

Designed for use when monitoring the temperature between cartons or packaging. May also be used as a liquid probe.

• Measurement Range: -100 to + 250°C

• Measures 5mm by 110mm
